Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and organizing user data and organizational records into our system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with our development team to assist in the creation of tools that facilitate data migration and application setup, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Supporting end users by ensuring their accounts and credentials are properly established and functioning, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Working closely with team members to troubleshoot and address basic issues as they arise, fostering a culture of collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Committing to a shift that corresponds with your assigned division, with options available between 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong typing ability (40+ WPM) with a focus on accuracy, ensuring efficient data entry and minimizing errors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to interact clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are advantageous, but not required.
  • Experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is a plus, but not necessary.

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but we encourage candidates with higher education or relevant certifications to apply.
