Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers through regular follow-up and communication
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions
• Collaborating with our arenaflex Agent Team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
