The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support on the sales floor. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and help them find the perfect products to meet their requirements. You'll also be responsible for handling clerical duties such as customer files and contracts, and maintaining a positive sales floor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about our products and services

• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor environment
• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed
• Handle clerical duties such as customer files and contracts
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude on the sales floor
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don't worry, we'll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Age: 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous retail or customer service experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
