Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with clients to resolve issues, and utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders
  • Working from a set list of priority orders to contact and update clients on the status of their orders
  • Utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work and updates to clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the communications, automotive, or media industries
  • Knowledge of internal systems and processes
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
