Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business intelligence and operations teams. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners
- Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
- Support internal business work processes, including administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
- Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response
- Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
- Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans
- Develop vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
- Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling storytelling for executive audiences
- Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
Essential Capabilities
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
- Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
- Understanding of social data set plan and capability
- Strong math and analytical skills
- You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent direction
- Successful collaboration and time management abilities
- You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan
- You have astounding written and oral communication skills
- A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas
- Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a technical field
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, QlikView, or D3.js
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
