Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience, resulting in increased customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
- Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
- Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
- Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
- Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer-facing systems
- Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
