About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist for Resorts and Hotels, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, booking and coordinating resort and hotel accommodations, and promoting exclusive packages to our clients. You'll work directly with clients to tailor their travel experiences, resolve inquiries, and ensure their travel plans are seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Assistance: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their booking process.
  • Booking and Coordination: Assist clients in booking resort and hotel accommodations, including upgrades, packages, and special requests.
  • Supplier Certifications: Complete and maintain certifications with resort and hotel suppliers to stay informed about the latest offerings and promotions.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle changes, cancellations, or disruptions in travel plans, providing timely solutions to minimize client inconvenience.
  • Sales and Upselling: Actively promote resort and hotel packages, offering premium options to enhance client experiences.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships for repeat business.
  • Stay Informed: Monitor trends, promotions, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Lead Generation and Networking: Build a strong client base through referrals, social media engagement, and community connections.

Sales Responsibility

As a Customer Service Specialist for Resorts and Hotels, you'll be responsible for actively promoting and selling resort and hotel accommodations.
