What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers at arenaflex. You'll be a part of our award-winning team that brings humanity to business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and compassionate manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions for customers' issues
- Collaborating with customers to find solutions and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining patient privacy and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset
- A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
