Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our arenaflex Customer Support Team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized support and guidance to individuals with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing solutions to help individuals better understand their coverage and options.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription coverage, mail-order solutions, and other pharmacy-related services

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers to help them better understand their coverage and options
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and healthcare industry trends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
