Key Responsibilities:

As a Resolution Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners
  • Utilizing various systems and tools to respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Providing expert-level support through clear and concise communication, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Previous customer support experience, with a focus on resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a contact center or customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
