Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Phone Interviews on various topics, including Child Related, Cell Phones, Entertainment, Food, Sports, Electronics, Pets, and Automobiles
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time and participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel and providing honest feedback on products and services
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date
- Utilizing a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop and having access to a reliable internet connection
- Reading, understanding, and following oral and written instructions
- Working independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- No experience required, but the ability to work independently is essential
