Responsibilities and Duties

As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to golf enthusiasts and professionals on arenaflexgolf.com
• Sharing your passion and expertise for the game and our brand with customers
• Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide informed and personalized recommendations
• Communicating with customers at a professional level, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with the arenaflexgolf site and any related media/searches
• Ability to compare and analyze competitor products
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on arenaflex products
• In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, including their features and benefits
• Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to pro level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Compensation and Perks

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere you can connect to the internet. You'll be paid on an hourly basis of $15 per chat interaction, with performance-based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading golf equipment manufacturer and earn a competitive income while doing what you love.
