Key Responsibilities
- Engage and manage conversations with warm leads via Facebook direct messaging
- Qualify leads using company criteria and schedule calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and complete timely follow-ups
- Meet weekly goals for booked and attended calls
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
What We Offer
- $100 per booked and attended sales call
- 10% commission on closed deals (typical deal size: $3,000–$7,000)

Requirements
- Must reside in the United States
- Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently
- Experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred but not required
Compensation
This is a commission-only position. Earnings vary based on individual performance. No base pay is provided. Training and mentorship are offered at no upfront cost for qualified candidates. More information is shared during the interview process.
