Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and equipment failures to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Proactively identify potential operational issues and propose solutions to prevent and resolve them. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages employee engagement. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations. Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations and guidelines. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
