- About the Opportunity:
The CRM Manager will lead the development and execution of full-funnel CRM marketing initiatives aimed at increasing user engagement, conversion rates, and long-term retention. This role drives personalized messaging across multiple channels and collaborates with product, marketing, and analytics teams to launch campaigns that connect members with new features, content, and offers. The position plays a critical role in advancing business growth and enhancing customer lifetime value.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app, and onsite channels
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to communicate new product features and benefits via CRM channels
- Use customer data and analytics to segment audiences and personalize messaging
- Integrate offsite and onsite messaging to optimize user experience and conversion
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to optimize strategies and report findings
- Create and refine customer journey maps to identify opportunities for personalization and optimization
- Apply AI and machine learning tools to improve segmentation, personalization, send-time optimization, and campaign performance
- Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in digital product or subscription-based businesses
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and retargeting best practices
- Analytical skills to derive insights from data for strategic decision-making
- Experience leveraging AI and machine learning tools to enhance marketing efforts
- Ability to work with global teams and stakeholders effectively
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on customer experience and innovation
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 (USD)
