We're seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for remote, part-time Data Entry and Customer Service positions. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a leading global brand, providing top-notch support to our customers and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers by phone, email, or chat with inquiries, order issues, and general support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.

  • Accurately input and update customer data and order information into internal systems, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed, such as data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support to customers.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum of 40 words per minute).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet access and a strong commitment to data security and confidentiality.
