Job Summary
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (On-Site) Second Shift at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy team in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Day In The Life
As a Pharmacy Technician with arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Order Entry: You will be responsible for accurately entering orders into our system, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and up-to-date.
- Customer Service: You will work closely with our pharmacy team to provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Medication Dispensing: You will assist our pharmacists in the medication dispensing process, ensuring that all medications are accurately dispensed and that patients receive the correct information and instructions.
- Data Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and medication histories.
- Quality Assurance: You will participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and reviews, to ensure that our pharmacy is operating at the highest level of quality and safety.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Certification/Licensed/Registered Pharmacy Technician: You must be certified, licensed, or registered as a pharmacy technician, or meet the requirements of your state.
- 1+ Years of Experience: You must have at least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED: You must have a verifiable high school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Prior Experience in Long-Term Care: You must have prior experience working in a long-term care setting, such as a skilled nursing facility or assisted living community.
- PTCB National Certification: You must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or meet the requirements of your state.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
