Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers through phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the Merchant Services team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with merchants and customers to ensure loyalty and retention
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback

Key Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the food delivery or logistics industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present findings to stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
