Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional in our Beneficiary Claim Support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients navigating complex beneficiary claims
- Building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds to accurately assess their situations and present tailored solutions
- Navigating multiple systems to gather relevant information and resolve client issues efficiently
- Engaging clients with clear, concise, and positive language to ensure a superior call experience
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in beneficiary claims and customer service
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience (post-secondary education is preferred)
- Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience (a plus)
- Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
- Ability to be empathetic and understanding while discussing sensitive topics with clients and their loved ones
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a contact center environment
- Knowledge of beneficiary claims and related products
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A starting hourly rate of $25.00/hour ($52,000/year)
