Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners (e.g., contractors, realtors, etc.). You will acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of our product coverage and adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers. Your primary goal will be to provide every customer with the best possible service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
- Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses
- May assume other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Minimum Experience required:
1+ years of experience preferred
Required Skills:
+ Computer literacy + Problem-solving and decision-making + Attention to detail + Multi-tasking + Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
+ Customer service experience and/or training + Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Essential Functions:

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Rate:
$15 to $17/hour, with actual base pay depending on skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location
