Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Entering data into our systems, databases, records, and files with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining data integrity and ensuring seamless data flow
• Summarizing data for standardized reports and providing insights to our team
• Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
• Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed
• Collaborating with our team to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our team and clients
• Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
• Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a strong focus on independence and autonomy
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Clerk
• At least 1 year of experience with Excel and filing systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and clients
