Experienced Data Entry/Indexing Clerk – High-Speed Manual Key Data Entry and Document Classification

Why Join arenaflex? * Competitive salary based on experience * Opportunity to work with a premier company in the industry * Cutting-edge technology and tools provided for efficient data entry * Collaborative and supportive team environment A Typical Day as a Data Entry/Indexing Professional As a Data Entry/Indexing Clerk, you'll be responsible for: * Providing high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images * Performing document classification validation of automatically classified documents * Conducting data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents * Validating redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents * Performing manual meta-data indexing from digital documents * Ensuring quality control of documents converted to digital format * Conducting check data validation of incoming checks * Reconciling check batch totals * Distributing check amounts to appropriate accounts as required by the customer What We're Looking For * Proficiency in typing and willingness to take a typing test * Experience in high-speed data entry * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work * Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards What Happens Next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
