Join Our Team

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team and fellow representatives to develop effective promotional strategies, improve consumer education, and increase performance margins. You'll be the face of arenaflex, educating community members about our non-profit partnerships and bringing awareness and support to our client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Educating community members about our non-profit partnerships through face-to-face communication, bringing to light awareness and support of client opportunities
• Accurately recording and managing donations (monetary and other)
• Engaging in continuous training, coaching, and mentorship through daily meetings and networking sessions to improve skill sets and enhance industry knowledge
• Working closely with fellow marketing team members and Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to develop effective promotional strategies to improve consumer education and increase performance margins
• Maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed, when working with customers in a face-to-face environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience as a customer service representative or related position
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
• Positive, competitive, and coachable attitude
• Proficiency in public speaking, or willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated individual
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
