Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician on our remote customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing stellar customer service and processing prescription approvals for veterinary medications. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your confidence, enthusiasm, and expertise will shine through in every interaction with our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our puppy-discern clients and commercial enterprise companions via phone, email, and chat

• Process prescription approvals for veterinary medications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with our Veterinary team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed support
• Work closely with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a pharmacy or veterinary setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a licensed pharmacy or veterinary setting

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)
• Experience with prescription processing and medication management

• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
