Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on airline policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule to accommodate varying customer needs
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Previous experience in the airline or travel industry

  • Knowledge of airline policies and procedures

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
