Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities

  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in comprehensive paid training to equip you with the necessary tools to excel in your role
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
