Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Luxury Fashion E-commerce at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through the ordering process, resolving post-order inquiries, and utilizing a range of software tools to address client concerns. Responsibilities

* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials

  • Guide customers through the ordering procedure online, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
  • Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international shipping concerns
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using software tools, such as CRM systems and email management platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with luxury fashion brands or e-commerce companies

  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styles, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest fashion developments
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience using software tools, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base pay ranging from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market
