Job Summary

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you will lead a team of hourly workforce and be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment

  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks and duties
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts to maintain a high level of productivity and engagement
  • Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and where the temperature and weather conditions may be variable
  • Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) to ensure that our facilities are safe and accessible

As an Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, where no two days are ever the same.

Location and Working Arrangements

We are currently seeking an Area Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL, USA. This is a work-from-home opportunity, where you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and managing our operations from a remote location.

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing or operations environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take calculated risks
  • Ability to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and where the temperature and weather conditions may be variable
