Job Summary

As a Workforce Management Specialist in Customer Support at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service operations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing workforce management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance. You will collaborate with various departments to forecast demand, manage scheduling, and monitor service levels, ensuring we meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate and that agents are trained effectively to handle customer inquiries
  • Conduct regular reviews of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • Prepare reports and presentations for upper management, providing insights into workforce performance and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in workforce management, customer support, or a related field
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions

  • 3+ years of experience in workforce management, customer support, or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
