Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that our members better understand their coverage and options. You will be part of our Caremark Member Operations division, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for delivering heart-driven service.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify our members' healthcare experience
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
- Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer patient, helpful, and empathetic service to customers, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
- Work from home, maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements, secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience
