Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Quality Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Understanding Customer Needs: Develop a deep understanding of customer expectations and quality requirements, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Leading Quality Improvements: Lead the implementation and closing of action plans for quality issues, enhancing product, supply chain, and process quality.
- Prioritizing Customer Issues: Use customer-centric metrics to effectively prioritize and address customer quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Building External Relationships: Develop and maintain strong external relationships, supporting key quality communications and sometimes communicating directly with customers.
- Driving Process Improvements: Contribute to process improvement efforts, helping to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Identify problems, prioritize actions, and lead or participate in Six Sigma projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting Organizational Vision: Support the vision and strategy for the Quality organization, helping to define and meet key performance metrics and goal tree initiatives.
- Enhancing Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high-quality products and services, leading to higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Preferred Qualifications
* Green Belt Certification: Preferred, but not required.
- Engineering or related technical or scientific subject: Preferred, but not required.
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience: Required.
Work Environment
* 100% on-site: This position is not remote and requires 100% on-site work.
- Las Vegas Regional Distribution Center: Support the Las Vegas Regional Distribution Center in achieving/maintaining quality standards and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for inbound and outbound operations.
- Fast-paced work environment: Excellent organizational and time management skills are required to thrive in this environment.
