The Role
As an IAM Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more. You'll work with international-class software and platform teams to create scalable, nimble solutions that meet the needs of our business. Your expertise will be essential in implementing SailPoint, a leading IAM solution, and ensuring the security and governance posture of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events in IIQ
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance
- Implementation of JML events, custom/Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
What You'll Contribute
* Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies

Minimal Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- OR 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven organization
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Experience with SailPoint implementation and strong IAM domain best practices
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
