Your Mission: Be the Voice of arenaflex

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with our products or services. Your role is to provide top-notch support through phone, email, online chat, or social media, resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, and your exceptional customer service skills will set the tone for a strong relationship between our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, online chat, or social media, resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using active listening and problem-solving skills to find a resolution.
  • Escalate calls to a supervisor when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations, ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing valuable insights to improve customer service processes.
  • Provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues, helping to identify areas for improvement.
  • Upsell to customers as necessary, using your knowledge of our products and services to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

  • Customer service experience a plus, with a focus on phone-related customer service.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications.
  • Bilingual language skills a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Stellar customer service skills, with a passion for making lives better, one interaction at a time.

  • Ability to use phone and computer systems, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to stay composed and objective, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Working Conditions:

  • Constant usage of phone and computer systems, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

Physical Demands:

* Constant sedentary work, with a focus on sitting for most of the time. Be sure to get up and stretch once in a while to keep your circulatory system happy!
