About the Role

As a part-time customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You'll be the face of the company, and your interactions will shape our customers' experiences. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:
  • Provide high-quality products and services to our customers, including SBS products and services.
  • Continuously improve our processes and services, focusing on design, customer experience, and repetition.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter accurate and complete information into our systems, following all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Follow all rules and regulations related to services and practices, ensuring compliance and integrity.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven success in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of our products and services, including SBS products and services.
  • Training or certification in customer service or a related field.
