Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to our clients. This is a part-time or full-time remote opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, with the potential to earn up to $3,000 per month.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Data entry experience, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Familiarity with online research and data collection methods
  • Experience with online platforms and tools, such as Zoom or Skype
  • Strong typing skills (25 words per minute minimum)
  • Background in healthcare, sales, or a related field
