Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Evening Shift (Full Time, $20/Hr Start)

Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOLs) scanned at our service centers, identifying and correcting any errors, and providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner
- Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information
- Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy
- Provide Service 2.OD to internal and external customers
- Collaborate with the data entry team to achieve common goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
- Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
- Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors
- Proficient with AS400
- Accurate typing and spelling skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive team culture
