A day in the life of a Data Entry Associate

As a Data Entry Associate, your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter data and review medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines. You will work closely with our experienced team members to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Your day will typically involve seated computer work, performing data entry on workers' compensation-related medical bills. You will have the opportunity to listen to podcasts or music via headphones while you work, making your workday more enjoyable.

* Competitive hourly rate: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

• Hybrid work model: After a 90-day introductory period, you will have the opportunity to work from home one day a week and in our Milwaukee office the remaining four days

Requirements

* High School Diploma required, college preferred: Recent graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong data entry/computer skills required: You should be proficient in data entry software and have excellent computer skills
• Desire to work in an office environment: You should be comfortable working in an office setting and enjoy interacting with colleagues
• Certification in a related field (i.e. CPC) a plus: While not required, certification in a related field is a plus
• Previous medical/health care/insurance industry experience a plus, but not required: We provide paid and internal training for this role, so prior experience is not necessary
• Must live in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area: We require all employees to live in the Milwaukee area to ensure that they can commute to our office
