Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze data related to subscriber information, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to identify precise subscribers for targeted communication and remediation efforts.
• Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or roadblocks to business stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of subscriber data and the technical infrastructure that underlies it.
• Manage project planning and timelines to ensure readiness for critical business events.
• Drive collaboration across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of effective communication processes and functional playbooks.
• Contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data errors and ensure data quality.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or related field.
• Proven ability to communicate technical or complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or Chartio.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

• Understanding of statistical concepts, such as hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
