Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Lead Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying and managing lead records for our business development team
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Supporting business operations through effective communication and organization
• Collaborating with the business development team to drive sales and revenue growth
• Identifying and correcting subtle discrepancies to ensure data integrity
• Providing exceptional customer service to students and referral partners
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and sales

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Some College credit is required, and a college degree is a plus
• Fluent English language required, additional languages a plus
• 1-3 plus years of data entry experience preferred
• Strong work ethic with proven dependability
• Career-driven as advancement opportunities are available
• Fast-paced work environment experience
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new applications and processes
• Solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills with high-speed internet
• Ability to accurately type information
• Ability to use online search engines and digital resources to gather accurate and relevant information effectively
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including active listening skills and the ability to gather information in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The salary for this role is $31,200 - $36,000 per year, depending on experience.
