Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Banking Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring that each customer feels heard and valued.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolutions.
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a professional and efficient manner.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing valuable feedback on call issues to help improve our processes.
- Providing feedback on call issues to help identify areas for improvement.
- Upselling products or services to enhance the customer experience, if required.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Banking experience, preferably in a customer service or call center environment.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proven call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- A typing speed of 25 WPM or more.
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation.
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network.
- Ability to set up and configure a router or switch.
- Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
- Strong listening skills.
Nice-to-Haves

- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
