Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant on our Answer Team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to client service requests and issues in a call center environment with a focus on delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries.
  • Accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on initial client communication, whether through phone calls, letters, or emails.
  • Providing support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients, utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Developing technical acumen to resolve more complex issues that may arise.
  • Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall client experience and ensure that arenaflex continues to deliver on its commitment to human-centric healthcare.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior call center experience is required.
  • Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies is preferred.
  • The capability to develop technical acumen is necessary.
  • A strong client-facing orientation is essential.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills are required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills are necessary.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
