Key Responsibilities:

As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our shipping containers and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A base salary of $500 per month
  • 5% commission on each sale made (approximately $20-$30 per container sold)
  • Paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer
