Responsibilities and Duties

As a Golf Enthusiast Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Being brand passionate and sharing your love and expertise for the game and arenaflex products
• Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
• Communicating with customers at a professional level, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Familiarity with the arenaflexgolf site and any related media/searches to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
• Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed and unbiased advice to customers
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once, and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a proven track record of providing expert advice and recommendations to golfers
• In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications
• Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to pro level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Compensation and Perks

As an arenaflex Golf Enthusiast Chat Brand Representative, you'll enjoy:

• A 1099 Independent Contractor position, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule
• Performance-based rewards redeemable for arenaflex products and/or gift cards
• Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15, providing a stable and predictable income stream
