Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Banking Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that customers receive the support they need
- Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services
- Upselling when required to meet customer needs and drive business growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Banking Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on customer service
- Age: 18 years of age or older
- Call Center Experience: Proven experience in a call center environment, with a strong track record of resolving customer issues and delivering exceptional service
- Typing Speed: A typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
- PC Operation and Navigation: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Network Troubleshooting: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks and configure routers or switches
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Independence: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Composure: Ability to stay composed and objective, even in challenging situations
- Listening Skills: Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
