Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers over the phone, online chat, and through email. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
