What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions for customers' issues
- Providing exceptional customer service and support, with a focus on empathy and understanding
- Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
- A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
