Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers through phone and email communication
- Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
- Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and effective solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or customer-facing role a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
