Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries regarding service offerings, appointment scheduling, and vehicle concerns.
  • Providing information on promotions, services, and service specials.
  • Scheduling service appointments and managing the customer database.
