Job Overview

As an Automotive Sales Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating engaging online conversations related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service inquiries, finance options, and general dealership queries. Your primary objective will be to transform online interactions into valuable leads that contribute to revenue generation for our dealer clients. You will be instrumental in addressing a diverse range of customer inquiries, delivering precise information regarding products and services, and cultivating a comprehensive knowledge base of our expanding products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet customer expectations.

  • Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat communications, showcasing a deep understanding of our offerings and features.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments by honing in on necessary details, such as customer preferences and availability.
  • Cultivate and keep updated a comprehensive knowledge base of our expanding products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Gather customer contact information to support lead generation and client evaluation, ensuring seamless handoffs to our sales teams.
  • Provide summarized interactions based on customer requirements for client assessment, providing valuable insights for our dealer clients.

Required Skills

  • Competence in typing, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred), ensuring efficient and accurate communication.
  • Basic proficiency in internet navigation and window-based computer applications, with a strong understanding of online chat platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

* Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, though not mandatory, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.

  • Must possess fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check is required, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Experience in an office environment, call center, or customer service role is advantageous (2+ years), with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
