Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with clients remotely to discuss and enroll them in our supplemental benefits programs. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. You'll work closely with our team to customize benefit plans, resolve client concerns, and provide administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer via phone, email, or other communication channels

  • Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the insurance or benefits industry

  • Familiarity with supplemental benefits and their applications
  • Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
  • Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
  • Certification in customer service or sales a plus
